There will be a
re-stocking fee of 35% for returned products or for any products
returned as defective that have no problems. Custom orders will not be
accepted to return. A 10% re-box fee is charged on any box not
returned in resalable condition. The customer will be charged for all
missing or damaged items upon inspection by a technician. All shipping
cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to
report any defective or failed equipment, please call within 30 days
from the date of shipment. Within this time, Disabledshopper.com recommends
OVER-BOXING the original manufacturer's box to ensure protection and
full credit on the returned item.
After 30 days of
shipment date there will be not refunds accepted for that item. All
items received damaged during route to being shipped will have to be
replaced by the shipping curriers. You may return the item, but there
will be a 30 day wait, we will have to put in a claim for the item that
was damaged and when we receive the money for the item your new item
will be shipped to you. Unless other you made other agreements in
writing with one of Disabledshopper.com' S manager or supervisors.
